I want to buy new construction. Who do the on-site agents represent – me or the builder?

The on-site agent represents the builder. It is definitely to your advantage to have a buyer’s agent on your team. As your personal representative, we will keep your best interests in mind. From your very first visit, the negotiation process, the construction phase, and on to closing, we will assist you every step of the way.
